Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our new customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support and guidance. Your goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding service.
This role is currently available on the following shift.
Monday - Friday, 2 PM - 10 PM the evening taxi is included.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance to customers via phone and email.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively support our new customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our processes and products.
- Collaborate with other team members to address and resolve customer concerns.
Requirements:
- English level — B2+;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience will be a plus, however we can teach you everything (education will be counted as a basic);
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
