Community Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to join our team and foster meaningful interactions with ouraudience across digital platforms. As the Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating relationships,driving engagement, and enhancing brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies.
- Manage and grow the online community across social media platforms, forums, and other channels.
- Create and maintain community guidelines and ensure they are followed.
- Respond to community members in a timely manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community environment.
- Organize and manage events to build community and boost brand awareness (e.g., webinars, onlinemeetups).
- Monitor community feedback and share insights with relevant teams.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align community engagement withbroader company goals.
- Track and report on community growth, engagement, and sentiment.
- Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in community management.
Languages: English C1, both verbally and written.
Other European languages highly appreciated.
Work model: Hybrid (Remote/Office)
