J-Vers is a startup specializing in programmatic advertising in the field of employment. We provide services for the development and optimization of large-scale advertising campaigns for job boards, aggregators and companies in the US and DACH markets aimed at promoting job content and attracting targeted traffic. We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Manager.
You are the perfect candidate:
- speak English at C1 level
- have 3+ years of experience in the full sales cycle
- sales experience in IT will be a great advantage
- understand the concepts of traffic, conversion, CPC, CPA, revenue, profit, ROMI.
Main tasks:
- attract new customers: categorize generated leads, negotiate terms of cooperation, identify customer needs and their potential;
- build strong long-term relationships with partners, look for ways to grow advertising campaigns, and communicate possible strategies with the client;
- research new business models, collect valuable insights from the largest players in the niche, and be able to implement them.
