As we expand into new markets (EU) and introduce exciting new product lines, we are looking for a Logistics and Fulfillment Manager to join our team. If you are passionate about efficient supply chain management, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and love streamlining logistics processes, you’ll be a perfect fit for our team!
Key Responsibilities :
1. Logistics Management
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the logistics process, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory control.
- Optimize inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Develop and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, courier services, and other logistics providers to ensure reliable operations.
- Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve delays or disruptions.
2. Fulfillment Operations
- Oversee order processing and fulfillment to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
- Implement and maintain efficient picking, packing, and shipping workflows.
- Ensure compliance with packaging and labeling requirements based on destination and product type.
3. Cost Optimization
- Analyze and reduce logistics and fulfillment costs through strategic planning and process improvements.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with logistics and fulfillment providers.
4. Process Improvement
- Identify bottlenecks in logistics and fulfillment workflows and propose solutions.
- Implement best practices and industry standards for supply chain efficiency.
- Leverage technology and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Reporting and Analytics
- Develop KPIs for logistics and fulfillment performance, including delivery times, error rates, and cost per shipment.
6. Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with international shipping laws, customs regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Oversee proper handling and storage of goods, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with procurement, production, sales, and customer service teams to align logistics operations with company goals.
- Support new market entries with tailored logistics solutions.
Requirements for Candidates:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 2+ years in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Excel.
- Experience with inventory and warehouse management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs compliance.
- Understanding of packaging and labeling standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- English (В2); additional languages like German or Polish will be a plus.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in e-commerce logistics or EU market expansion.
- Knowledge of automation tools for supply chain optimization.
