ING Bank Ukraine is looking for a Project manager who will realize various types of project.
Main tasks & responsibilities
- Effective management of strategic projects, including management of the project team, deadlines, and budget.
- Providing communication between Head office, internal stakeholders and other third parties regarding the analysis and documentation of business processes, the development of business requirements, their translation into functional specifications, the creation of a detailed test plan for strategic projects.
As part of the life cycle of a strategic project, you will carry out:
- Business analysis
- Determination of project risks and dependencies, as well as possible ways to eliminate them.
- Formalization and visualization of the project.
- Identification of project resources and teams.
- Participation in approved projects.
- Control of project implementation on each step.
- Reporting.
Profile/skills required:
- Work experience in the field of project management in a banking sector - min 2 years. Most of the project are connected with banking specific products and topics
- Knowledge and practical experience of project and program management methodologies (eg, Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean, PMI's PMBOK, etc.).
- Practical experience in using project management tools and project programs (MS Project, JIRA, ASANA, TRELLO, etc.)
- Successfully and proven implemented projects in your portfolio
- English - fluent (speaking in English on daily basis with colleagues form different countries)
