General requirements:
Academic background (preferably in law)
At least 2-year experience in the legal sphere (business, internship by legal advising)
Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Knowledge of topics green transition, climate change, sustainable development areas.
Some analytical and research skills for preparing summaries and outlooks.
Experience in preparation of official requests to state authorities
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Ukrainian
Personal qualities:

High level of self-organization and multitasking
Responsibility, loyalty and punctuality
Duties:
Keeping and further developing close collaboration with the Parliament, and Government Institutions. Representing and advocating Committee members’ interests of in front of the state authorities.
Managing activities of the Committee, its team, as well as the preparation, organisation and implementation of the Committee’s budget.
Planning, organising and leading of variety events and meetings regarding Committee’s issues and maintaining constant communication with state authorities to support the issues of interest of the Committee.
Organising and managing working tasks to improve the regulatory field and business conditions in the industrial ecology / climate change / sustainable development areas according to the Committee’s priorities.
Preparation and approving draft position papers to state authorities and replies to state authorities' requests.
Analysis of legal acts and draft regulatory acts, proactive monitoring of legislation. Timely detection of problems in the industrial ecology / climate change / sustainable development field, collection of relevant information from member companies and its processing for joint decision-making on further actions, formulation of Committee’s position papers.
Elaboration of amendments to both effective regulatory acts and draft legislative acts proposed by state institutions.
Managing and maintaining relationships with partners to consolidate the Committee’s activities and ensure proactive response according to the trends.
Preparation of regular progress reports for participants of the Committee, providing information on developments and stages of tasks' fulfilment.
Managing external communications (prepare press-releases, blogs, comments, articles for communication via media channels)
