• Translate business requirements into formal IT projects/requirements and work with all delivery organizations (both internal and external);

• Supporting maintenance and operation of the data center;

• Coordinating works of local contractors and global IT team to build the internet channel and office maintains at the rig site;

• Training, support and setting up of equipment and software for work at the rig site;

• Office relocation, IT support;

• Managing more than 5 contractors working for IT support;

• Cost optimization on IT services;

• PC's user technical support: fix or / and replace broken PCs;

- Manage tape library - move tapes to and from off site storage;

• Perform "break / fix" work on GID equipment as needed;

• Set up network printers - (e.g. toner, etc.);

• Assist Shell GID Central Support teams in troubleshooting server and networks hardware / software issues.
