Ensures all balance sheet accounts are reconciled, ensures timely review and clarification of the disputed accounts, prepares and reviews closing checklist for specific legal entities, completes monthly intercompany account reconciliations and revaluations; maintains intercompany accruals when needed, coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, prepares monthly reports, quarterly and year end packages Instruct and work closely with Local Finance Specialists and local Accounting Agency, assists Project manager in the co-ordination and preparation of balance sheet review presentations for specific legal entities, liaises with Auditors at year end and assists Manager in the preparation of the year end audit file, prepares monthly tax packages, collects required information with regard to tax returns Assists or prepares business tax returns

Manage all accounting transactions, prepare budget forecasts, publish financial statements in timeHandle monthly, quarterly and annual closings, reconcile accounts payable and receivableEnsure timely bank payments, compute taxes and prepare tax returns, Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
