Duties:
Working with 2-5 Scrum Teams as a Product Owner of various micro-services, SDKs, web applications, big data storages and corporate business tools for multiple sub-domains of GameTech products.
Communication & Ownership:
- Clarifying requirements to product and defining scope of a project;
- Managing consumer expectations about a product;
- Presenting product to stakeholders (studios, other Core departments);
- Providing UI/UX design concepts;
- Maintaining business product documentation;
- Analysing technical metrics and business KPIs of a product.Planning & Management:
- Managing Product Roadmap;- Maintaining Product Backlog;
- Contributing to Agile Processes: Sprint Planning (Defining Goal), Grooming;
- Conducting Product Acceptance, Demos to stakeholders;
- Managing product dependencies with external teams;
- Managing integrations with other products and systems;
- Managing technical and integration risks.
Major Products:
- In-house Ad Monetisation Mediation platform integrated with 10+ top Mobile Ads providers via OpenRTB and other protocols;
- Cross-game User Identity platform with several Auth sub-systems and back-office web applications;
- Cross-game User Loyalty platform with multiple Big Data storages, offline and online integrations in 7 games;
- Server-to-client Messaging subsystem with guaranteed delivery integrated with 100+ micro-services and all games.

Duties:
Leading several small projects with the Dev Team of 5 engineers. Running product planning activities such as:
- creating Project Plan - gathering requirements, prioritising new features and changes, creating tasks;
- estimating features/tasks with engineers, negotiating with Product Owner, evaluating risks and identifying blockers;
- delivering projects and changes to end users, making reports.

Duties:
Managing 4 Dev Teams, syncing with 2 other Dev Teams and the DevOps Team.
Running product planning and delivery activities such as:
- creating Quarter Roadmap - gathering requirements, grooming the Product Backlog, prioritising projects and changes, creating epics and tasks;
- estimating epics/stories/bugs/tasks with engineers, negotiating with stakeholders, separating long-term projects from one-time changes, evaluating risks and identifying blockers;
- delivering projects and changes to end users, making Demo for stakeholders;
- closing Quarter Roadmap - updating requirements, extracting next steps, re-prioritising, closing epics, creating epics and tasks, changing Jira configuration.
Running various project management and support processes such as:
- monitoring subsystem’s health, identifying and analysing (ad hoc and postmortem) major and critical issues;
- resolving team conflicts (caused by the complexity of the sub-systems) and releasing blockers;
- on-boarding new team members (with HR and Tech Lead), running peer reviews and 1-to-1 meetings, monitoring individual performance and motivation;
- communicating with internal business users, partners, customers and other ad tech companies.

Duties: managing Development Department, building and maintaining company processes like project planning, requirements management, product delivery, customer support, configuration management, infrastructure monitoring & maintenance, etc.
Projects: development and support of products like Epom Ad Server, Epom Market, Epom SSP, Epom DSP, Epom Affiliate Network, Epom Apps (SDK) etc.
High load cross-platform SaaS ad serving and ad management solution for ad networks. Running under load of 20K+ QPS, it provides user with hundreds of features on both demand and supply side. While allowing an easy start for entry level user like web/application developer or ad content manager, the platform implements latest versions of global standards like OpenRTB and VAST.

Duties: managing R&D Department and all software development projects
Projects: 8 of DSP (demand side platform) back-end productsHigh-load and big data mobile advertising platform which fulfills tight nonfunctional requirements like sub 100ms response time under load of 10K+ QPS while accessing and updating 50Gb+ of user data. The platform implements OpenRTB API Specification as a part of complex solution.
