Onboarding new Customers, documentation reviewing, working with IT, People Ops, and Clinical teams. Creating new company accounts for newly hired Providers, dealing with Customers’ issues and requests. Working with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Freshdesk.

Developing new billing policies. Consultation with other departments regarding billing questions. Communication with Customers regarding billing queries via the ticket system. Disputes, chargebacks, and claims disputing. Communication with banks and payment providers. Refunds processing.
