Our organization works throughout Ukraine. I work in the Stryi office, which is responsible for activities of the organization in the western regions of the country. I am the focal point of Stryi MEAL department. As a MEAL Officer, my responsibilities include carrying out monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning activities within projects and programs. This includes systematical collecting of data on project implementation and tracking progress in work execution and goal achievements, conducting impact assessments of projects and programs, ensuring transparency and openness of information, analyzing mistakes and successes to improve future projects and share experience and knowledge with the team.
