International Medical Corps works throughout Ukraine. I worked in the Stryi office, which was responsible for activities of the organization in the western regions of the country. I was a head of Stryi MEAL department. As a MEAL Officer, my responsibilities included carrying out monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning activities within projects and programs. It was systematical collecting of data on projects implementation and tracking progress in work execution and goal achievements, conducting impact assessments of projects and programs, ensuring transparency and openness of information, analyzing mistakes and successes to improve future projects and share experience and knowledge with the team.
