8. Assist in other activities as requested by the Protection of the Public Project Manager and the Protection of the Public Project Supervisor.  

1.Mapping and assessment     
-Facilitate the process of updating and improving mapping and assessment tools.
-Facilitate the process of mapping institutions, structures, services in the community in the areas of intervention.
 -Supporting the needs assessment of beneficiaries and institutions in terms of victim assistance, basic needs/cash assistance, protection, health (mental health, psychosocial support and rehabilitation), explosive ordnance risk education and conflict preparedness, as well as any other needs that may arise.
-Establishing and maintaining good relationships with beneficiaries, communities (including community leaders and representatives), authorities and other institutions in order to conduct a participatory assessment.   
-Planning the evaluation, in coordination with the Protection and EORE teams.
2. - Participate in the activities of the different teams, such as conducting trainings for beneficiaries, communities and institutions as needed, in order to establish contacts and share information with beneficiaries. 
-Facilitating the identification and selection of beneficiaries of the multisectoral services project
.-Provide personalized social and protection support through the development of individualized plans and goal setting.
 - Participation in case management meetings and provision of information on protection issues. 
-Providing individualized counseling on available services (from other humanitarian organizations or state services) and how to access them. 3. Internal and external referrals.  
 -Promoting the development and improvement of the referral system and tools.Assessing the need for internal or external referrals of a person in need, implementing appropriate cross-sectoral referral pathways and providing follow-up support.
 4. Support and monitoring. 
-Interaction with beneficiaries, institutions, communities and other organizations to track progress and achievements in meeting the needs of the population. There is experience in conducting trainings for representatives of state institutions.
