My responsibilities within thin company were:
1) Looking for loads on Central/Super dispatch
2)Working closely with drivers to coordinate them
3)Plan and organize pick up and delivery per driver
4) Manage 80-150 calls per day

5) Permanent communications with brokers and clients to provide the very best service
6) Resolving issues occured
Working with 2 car enclosed and 3 car open trailers.

Almost one year I worked as Dispatcher of Box Trucks and Sprinter Vans on Sylectusload board (sometimes used DAT and AOD boards).My responsibilities included: finding and booking loads, communications with brokers,filling carriers packets if needed, monitoring the status of booked loads and dealingwith problems, entering report and load info into the company's software.

In the summer 2022 I have been living and working in New York as logistics dispatcher. Myresponsibilities included: finding and booking loads on DAT, permanentcommunication with brokers and drivers, negotiation the loads, resolving issues occured.
