Working closely with the IT department, introducing back-up laptop purchases;
Assisted in the move to a more efficient system for booking meeting rooms, from paper records to Outlook calendars, and wrote instructions for colleagues on how to use Outlook bookings;
Transfer of the suppliers and partners of the company from the paper documents to the digital signatures in M.E.Doc, Vchasno;
Search for new employees in the company, onboarding in the company, successful search for one employee for the company;
Obtaining requirements for the necessary experience of future employees, their soft and hard skills.
Search for candidates on websites such as Linkedin, robota.ua and work.ua;
Conducting interviews with candidates in the office and online via Zoom, after identifying the necessary experience, moving to the next stage of the candidate's interview with top management;
Receiving approved budgets and payments through the CRM Hub system, monitoring compliance with the budget and deadlines;
Translation of documents from Ukrainian into English;
Provision of an annual report with a list of successful projects to date and projects in progress;
Work with 6 departments of approximately 50+ people, ensuring successful completion of tasks assigned by the manager and providing support to other departments;
Successfully organised corporate events for over 40 colleagues in one month and 20 people in two weeks, completing two projects simultaneously:
- Gathering requirements from top managers and stakeholders,
- planning and dividing the scope of tasks into more and less important and urgent parts for their effective implementation,
- planning of project budgets, monitoring of the allocation of funds and their compliance,
- monitoring and control of work performance and quality by contractors and responsible persons,
- monitoring of work schedules, constant tracking and communication with contractors and responsible persons to assess the scope of work performed,
- agreement on the venue, decoration of the locations,
- making prepayments to contractors,
- the selection, calculation of the quantity for ordering of food and drinks,
- presenter, DJ and band, photographer,
- inviting colleagues and count the number of people who agree to take part,
- seating arrangements for people at the tables,
- upon completion, execution of all necessary documents and full payments to contractors.
Assist in conducting employee compliance testing, collecting and delivering questionnaires in a timely manner.
