LOGISTICS:
- Organization of the work for conducting foreign economic activities to enterprise;
- Preparing of the necessary documents for Import / Export;
- Communication with suppliers, regarding the approval of the shipment of goods for import, formed in the system of suppliers (ERP SAP or by application in Exel). Import of agrochemicals from countries: China, Belarus, Hungary;
- Organization and control over timely delivery of materials;
- Coordination of actions with customs brokers regarding import and export, appropriate permits and accompanying documentation, control over timely execution of customs procedures;
- Responsible for finding truck carriers, conducting negotiations, concluding a transport forwarding contract and also calculated the cost of transportation;
- Preparation of contracts for the transportation of agricultural machinery, as well as for transport and forwarding services related to the transportation of dangerous goods, namely agrochemicals (plant protection products). All ADR classes;
- Knowledge of the rules and standards for concluding foreign economic contracts and other documents of shipping documentation;
- Experience in working with foreign trade agreements on the terms of INCOTERMS - DAP, FCA, CIP, DDP;
- Organization and control of the delivery of samples agrochemicals for the transfer of materials to the licensing authority (under Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Ministry of Ecology of Ukraine) with the subsequent obtaining of a permit/license for the import of agrochemicals into Ukraine;
- Control for customer service to resolve issues and identify opportunities for excellent product delivery to retail and wholesale customers;
- Search for optimal transportation routes in Ukraine;
- Control of transport documents.
CONTROL FOR WAREHOUSE OPERATION:
- Organization and control of acceptance of goods in the warehouse;
- Planning and carrying out an inventory of the balances in warehouses of responsible storage, preparation of the report and transfer of data to the accounting department and the management of the company;
- Work with complaints;
- Conducting monthly reconciliations of the warehouse accounting system.
- Wrote standard operating procedures to improve warehouse efficiency and customer service;
- Supervision of warehouse operations. A system has been built that controls the batch accounting of goods, according to which the re-sorting of goods is excluded, and also, the shelf life of the goods is controlled;
- Preparation of a report on the disposal of containers from under dangerous cargo; Reconciliation of acts of collected containers, with data from recycling centers.
OTHER DUTIES ABOUT MANAGING LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT:
- Formation of the budget logistics department, control over expenses for transport logistics and warehouse storage;
- Preparation of presentations about achievements department;
