Key responsibilities:

• Ensure delivery of the therapeutic area brand performance with respect to sales, market share, and profitability
• Meet or exceed budget targets and drive the growth of the TA by establishing growth plans
• Define, drive, and oversee the launch planning and execution of upcoming key launches by ensuring seamless cross-functional and (as applicable) cross-divisional collaboration and optimize sales force performance
• Manage a team and oversee all aspects of people management including hiring, training, performance evaluations and employee relations
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Medical, Value & Access) to effectively execute on prioritized tactics and successfully lead the TA team

Key responsibilities:

• Rare Diseases (RD) strategy development and implementation
• Management of team of KAMs and coordination of medical team
• Develop and execute on tactical brand/launch plan at the local level;
• Development and localization of RD promotional campaign
• Cooperation with internal (Market Access, Public Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Medical, Finance; Regional Brand Team) and external (KOLs, Patient Associations, Health Authorities) stakeholders

Key responsibilities:

• Coverage of all Ukraine except Donetsk, Luhansk and Crimea
• Implementation of RD strategy in Ukraine in frame of sales and patient diagnostics
• Establishment and development of long-term partnerships with KOLs, HCPs
• Conduction disease awareness campaign: search for HCPs, interested in rare diseases, organization of educational events, development of regional coordinator network, implementation of diagnostics by dried blood spot
• Cooperation with internal (Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Medical, Finance; Regional Brand Team) and external (KOLs, Patient Associations, HCPs) stakeholders
