For example, I inserted the correct billing information received during the calls into the database, reported various issues that transpired during the calls (static on the line, rude customer, failed dial-out, wrong language), etc.

- Communication. I have no difficulty finding common language with people of different ages. On top of that, my customer service skills are excellent;
- Quick learning. If I come across a phrase or a notion I'm not familiar with, I always look it up, research its meaning, and do my best to promptly commit it to memory. As a believer in continuous learning, I constantly work on improving my English and keep expanding my knowledge of other foreign languages I'm interested in whenever I have some spare time;
- Literacy. Not only am I well-read, but I also have a way with words, having obtained experience in public speaking through participating in scientific conferences and teaching English. Moreover, I have a knack for creative writing; having been utterly in love with the magic of words all my life, I immensely enjoyed writing essays and poetry during my university years;

There was no way of knowing in advance the topic of the customers' conversation, the circumstances behind their interaction, the emotional state of both parties, or the terminology that was about to be used. Though there were guidelines for interpreting to which we had to adhere, every single call was a unique experience where, every now and then, I had to use my better judgment in order to provide the best possible services. Consequently, I managed to do just that, having earned numerous commendations for my excellent performance from my clients;

I'm responsible and hard-working, always ready to go above and beyond if I'm given the opportunity to do what I enjoy most, which is helping people break the language barrier and leaving no chances for misunderstanding between my clients.
