Main achievements:
•Participation in writing a winning grant application for the treatment of people with HIV and tuberculosis in prisons.
•The central warehouse of the penitentiary system for the storage of medicines was overhauled (budget, tender, internal control, audit) and a license was obtained. As of today, it is the only licensed warehouse in the penitentiary system for the storage of medicines.
•The internal reporting system was improved by automating data processing; it was successfully audited by companies (PwC and Deloitte, the Security Service of Ukraine, and the Accounting Chamber).
•Cooperation between the public sector and the international community has been established.
•The first and only grant awarded to the Penitentiary Service of Ukraine, where all project indicators were achieved.

•Major repairs were carried out and medical equipment was purchased for a specialized hospital.
•Training on procurement and financial procedures of the donor for chief accountants of regional departments of the penitentiary service was conducted - 24 specialists were trained.

Main achievements:
•Generalized and prepared the budget of the Criminal Execution Service of Ukraine for 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 budget years.
