As part of my volunteer work, I mainly develop presentations (Power Point \ Google Slides) and design/fill the site using Wix (riyukraine.com), sometimes I make banners and illustrations. This is an activity for 6-10 hours per week.

My responsibilities are the full range of graphic design tasks in the marketing department and participation in general organizational tasks.

• Development of packaging (from design layout to visual design), logo and identity for new brands and for non-core businesses of the company (FMCG, hotel).
• Content for web resources: photos of goods for product cards for marketplaces, company website, catalog, banners in social networks and on the company website (from storyboarding to retouching).
• Catalogs and POS materials, approval and control of printing at printing houses.
• Work with a photographer. Participation in teamwork to create videos and company websites.
• Materials for events, merchandise, gifts.

I quited due to lack of growth opportunities, 80% of my work is the same routine tasks. I gained useful experience of solving marketing problems based on strategic planning.

Ideas and their realization. That is, an art director and a designer-executor in one person.

• Development of packaging, logo and corporate identity, creation of brand books, POS materials, outdoor advertising, layout of catalogs, booklets, calendars, photo retouching, prepress preparation.
• Negotiations with clients, preliminary estimation of the time for order fulfillment to calculate the cost, work with photo studios and contractors, control of the print launch, control of the work performed.
• Work with video production at the level of creating storyboards in conjunction with a copywriter, peak shots, selecting backs or fragments to replace, preparing frame scenes in Photoshop, everything that can be drawn and prepared for further transfer to a video processing specialist (at the moment I already have basic tools for creating animation).

After the closure of the agency I went to work for a client company of the agency.

I gained experience in different directions with different clients.

Responsibilities: Pre-press preparation for flexo printing of customer provided layouts, development of design layouts (packaging, labels, bags), layout drawing based on product sample, preparation of accompanying documentation. I gained mega-useful technical experience and understanding of all printing processes. This further helps to avoid creating designs unsuitable for printing.

I quited this job to gain further creative experience in the future.
