Due to the expansion of our sales team, we are looking for a young and talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proficiency in English and copywriting skills.
If you are ambitious, proactive, and ready to grow, develop, and make a significant impact on the IT business, we would love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify incoming inquiries and guide them through the early stages of the sales process.
- Research potential customers and markets to tailor outreach and identify key decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
- Write articles for social media and internal blogs on assigned topics in English
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize customer acquisition efforts and align strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback and analyses to improve lead generation processes and overall sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience in an SDR or copywriting role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organization and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
