Requirements:
- Experience in an identical position for at least 2 years;
- Being familiar with specific working on events in Ukraine;
- Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work with artists, venues, contractors, event agencies, and other service providers;
- Experience in developing merchandise products, and working with vendors;
- Ability to write a clear technical specification;
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Generate ideas for future events;
- Manage, and coordinate the organizing of internal events in the company in Kyiv office;
- Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with event vendors, including venues, catering services, audiovisual providers, and other suppliers;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine event objectives, themes, and content.
- Coordinate and conduct the company’s participation in industry events and other marketing activities around the world;
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines;
- Generating ideas and managing the whole process of production of merchandise products for external events;
- Management and implementation of media strategy for each event (internet promotion, video / photo sessions, interviews, articles in conference magazines);
- Accompanying delegates before/during/after the conference;
- Providing printing materials and business cards for the team/delegates;
- Development of event merchandise products for partners and congratulations on behalf of the company;
- Oversee logistics, including event timelines, transportation, accommodations, and on-site coordination.
