Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector by researching the market and generating leads.
Sales and Consultation: Negotiate with potential clients, provide information about products and services, and offer IT-related consultations to address client needs.
Sales Management: Develop and maintain sales plans, analyze performance results, and formulate strategies to achieve sales targets.
Client Interaction: Foster long-term relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and propose optimal IT solutions.
Tender Participation: Engage in the identification and pursuit of tender opportunities, ensuring the preparation of compelling proposals and bids for IT projects.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT solutions or outsourcing software development services sales.
Knowledge of the IT market and emerging technologies.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
Work with platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancehunt, Clutch, etc.(will be a plus)
English proficiency level : Upper-Intermediate and higher
