Key Responsibilities:
- Selection of Distributors for further partnership with Sandoz.
- Negotiations with owners and leading managers of Distributors on the terms and conditions of contracts, signing of commercial agreements.
- Providing information about Sandoz, the Company's activities and the Company's products to the Distributors.
- Organization and control of the availability of Sandoz products in the Distributors' warehouses.
- Creation of a positive image and reputation of Sandoz among all target groups.
- Development and implementation of projects and programs for Distributors.
- Preparation of projects related documentation.
- Interaction with the marketing and analytics team regarding the reconciliation of Distributors reporting data. Conducting reconciliation of Distributors’ reports.
- Providing support with requests from Company’s employees, alignment of activities with the immediate supervisor.
- Development and support of the company's commercial policy.
- Development and support of policies on marketing activities of the Company with the Distributors.
- Participation in internal events organized within Sandoz, including Kick-off/Cycle Meetings, team meetings, regional meetings, etc., as per agreed date and place of the events.
- Organization & delivery of Distributors audits in accordance with the Company policy.
- Partnership with the KAM unit on organization of the logistics chain between Distributors and Pharmacy Networks/pharmacies.
What you'll bring to the role:
- University degree. Major in Economics, Finance or Business Administration would be advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in similar role at pharmaceutical company.
- Business acumen. Deep knowledge of distributors & their operating model.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving and cross functional teamwork.
- Solid record of successful relationship management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, daring to challenge status quo and find opportunities.
- Intermediate+ business English.
