Billing Support Agents, who will communicate with our customers
via email, assisting them with any payment-related issues they may encounter.
Responsibilities:
— Assists customers via emails when it comes to canceling subscriptions and refunds;
— Follow all the necessary guides to provide great service;
— Solving tickets via Zendesk;
— Work on a 3/3 schedule (night shifts included).
Requirements:
— English: an Upper Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1) level;
— 6 months+ experience working in a customer support or billing support department;
— Will be a plus: experience dealing with payments;
