Junior Billing Agent

SKELAR is a venture builder that creates international IT companies according to the guidelines of venture capital investment.

Howly is a Ukrainian startup within the ecosystem of the multi-product company and venture builder SKELAR. We aim to revolutionize the online consulting industry and are working to make it possible. We seek Billing Support Agents, who will communicate with our customers via email, assisting them with any payment-related issues they may encounter.

Responsibilities:

— Assists customers via emails when it comes to canceling subscriptions and refunds;
— Follow all the necessary guides to provide great service;
— Solving tickets via Zendesk;
— Work on a 3/3 schedule (night shifts included).

Requirements:

— English: an Upper Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1) level;
— 6 months+ experience working in a customer support or billing support department;
— Will be a plus: experience dealing with payments;
