As we continue to grow, we seek a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team to new heights.
Job Description:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to oversee our sales operations across Africa and Asia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the target audience, and the ability to manage a remote team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a (potentially growing) team of 40+ sales managers across different locations in the EU, Ukraine, and the Caucasus.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to the sales team.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for the sales department.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with other departments (Business Development, Marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize sales processes.
- Foster a culture of high performance, respect, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Several years of experience in sales leadership, with a focus on the international markets
- Proven success in managing and scaling a sales team, preferably in a remote environment.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of the English language; additional European languages are a plus.
