System administrator (Jira/Confluence)

We are now looking for an ambitious IT Manager with experience in System and Jira Administration who will join our Ops Department.

As an IT Manager, you will work across the business to support all technical aspects of service delivery and create an environment for successful staff performance and excellent customer service. 

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as an IT Manager, SysAdmin or similar position
• Experience in Jira/Confluence administration, domain administration (Cloudflare), Slack administration
• Basic Linux and SQL knowledge
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Intune
• Knowledge of RDP, network tunnelling, and VPNs.
• In-depth knowledge of network administration and security.
• Intermediate+ level of English

Responsibilities

• Jira and Confluence Administration: Manage user permissions, configure, customize workflows, issue types, fields, and dashboards. Integrate with other tools.
• System Maintenance: Perform upgrades, patches, backups, and ensure system reliability and performance.
• Network and System Administration: Manage IT infrastructure, servers, networks, domain controllers, and operating systems. Ensure system availability, performance, and security. Administer Google Cloud Platform.
• User Support: Provide technical support, manage user accounts and access rights, set up new employees and hardware.
• Security Management: Implement and monitor security policies, conduct security reviews and audits, manage backup and recovery processes.
• Network Management: Manage LAN, WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and other network components. Administer Google Cloud Platform and Azure.
• IT Process Management: Oversee procurement processes, manage IT hardware, and support cloud-first strategy.
• Project Collaboration: Assist in planning and implementing IT projects, evaluate and implement new hardware and software solutions.
