To achieve our global goals, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (Partner Network, Nova Group) to join our team.

Role Objective

Build a well-managed and economically efficient partner network across Nova Group that ensures competitive business conditions, supports sales growth, and reduces dependency on external contractors.

Required Expertise

Professional Skills

  • Experience in partner network management, business development, or commercial roles

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to work with economics, tariffs, and SLAs

  • Experience in building or transforming processes from an unstructured environment into a system-driven one

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to align multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and manage conflicts

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex organizational structures

Personal Skills

  • Results-driven mindset with a structured and systematic approach to work

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment

  • Open and friendly communication style combined with strong professional ethics

  • Strong process-oriented and analytical thinking

  • Proactive attitude and openness to new ideas

  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for outcomes

Key Responsibilities

Partner Network Development

  • Build and maintain an up-to-date map of the partner network across the Group

  • Define partner prioritization (core / strategic / optional)

  • Develop partnerships through new directions, products, and integrations

  • Initiate new partnerships within Nova Group

Alignment of Interests and Prioritization

  • Identify overlaps and synergies between Group companies

  • Analyze the root causes of non-competitiveness

  • Develop win-win cooperation models

  • Protect Nova Global’s interests through economics, SLAs, and partnership terms

Request Management and Coordination

  • Centralize incoming requests from Group companies, including operational, commercial, and integration-related requests

  • Organize execution through internal teams and/or partners

  • Monitor delivery and ensure feedback loops

Analytics and Network Efficiency

  • Analyze the network structure, including internal versus external partners

  • Evaluate economics, service quality, and overall performance

  • Provide recommendations for network development and in-house capability building

Communication and Relationship Management

  • Establish regular communication with Group partners

  • Lead working meetings and strategic sessions

  • Manage conflicts and expectations

Key Challenges

  • Lack of a unified partner network management system at the Group level

  • Competition between internal and external solutions

  • Non-competitive tariffs or partnership conditions in certain areas

  • Fragmented processes and lack of unified standards for SLAs, tariffs, and ways of working

  • The need to change behaviors and collaboration models across Group companies

  • Limited transparency of economics and partner performance
