Junior Product Application Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Product Application Engineer (Pre-Sales) to support the sales team, partners, and customers. The role focuses on collecting technical requirements, preparing initial solution concepts, supporting product demonstrations, and developing clear technical inputs. 

The person will report to the Team leader for Pre-Sales support team, based in Kyiv.

 What You Will Do

•  Pre-sales support of medium voltage equipment: Assist the sales team during the pre-sales stage by preparing technical inputs, clarifying customer requirements, and supporting the development techno-commercial proposals.
• Technical advisory: Collect and structure customer needs, process descriptions, existing architecture information, and integration requirements to support the preparation of initial technical concepts.
• Development of a business model for sales by key channels.
• Prompt adjustment of the existing offer to market requirements on a quarterly basis.
• New product introduction: training sessions, exhibitions, and partner enablement activities.
• Documentation and technical alignment.
• Monitoring of Price policy for given offer.
• Work with internal customers to find key customers in their area of responsibility.
• Monitoring the orders, informing customers about the stages of execution, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of delivery of ordered equipment, increase customer satisfaction
• Preparation of sales forecast monthly.
• Stock management 
• Market and competitor analysis: Collect basic information on customer applications, competitor solutions, and market requirements to help build relevant and competitive value propositions.
• Training delivery: Conduct training sessions, seminars, and technical workshops for internal teams, partners, and end customers.

 Required skills and experience:

• Higher education (technical - Electrical engineering); ready to take a student.
• Motivation to learn new things, propose new solutions
• Ukrainian – native/fluent, English – B1.
• Experience in marketing – good to have.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in the team.
• Active position, ability to learn quickly, focus on results and quality.
• Readiness for business trips (25% of working time)
• Driving license category B – good to have.
