Head of PR

UNIQA Insurance Company — a leader in the Ukrainian insurance market and a member of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group, one of the largest insurance groups in Europe, invites a Head of PR to join their team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Developing and implementing the company's PR strategy. 

• Developing and executing PR campaigns: research, event organization, analytics publications, collaborations, etc. 

• Managing the company's and its products' reputation: constant monitoring of feedback, crisis communication plans, active dialogue with customers, cooperation with media, and regular analysis of PR campaigns' effectiveness. 

• Supporting and enhancing direct advertising communication carried out by the Brand Manager. 

• Writing press releases, interviews, cases, expert articles, and other materials for media. 

• Organizing large-scale PR events involving partners, journalists, spectators, and government representatives. 

• Finding and using newsworthy events to create activities around the brand. 

• Participation in international UNIQA Group projects. 

Requirements: 

• At least 3 years of experience as a PR Manager. 

• Deep knowledge of PR and reputation management. 

• Experience in writing press releases, interviews, cases, and other materials for media. 

• Experience in organizing large-scale events. 

• Ability to work with data processing and visualization services (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, Google Sheets). 

• Ability to work with brand identity, create guidelines, brand books, and moodboards (basic knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Canva, etc.). 

• English proficiency of at least Upper Intermediate. 

• Excellent communication and organizational skills. 

• Ability for analytical thinking and decision-making. 

• Creativity and ability to generate new ideas.
