CEMARK is searching for an Alternative fuels development manager who will take a lead of proactive development of alternative fuels business stream in Cemark.
Key responsibilities:
- Take a proactive role in development of alternative fuels strategy for Cemark and its regular update;
- Identify areas for development for profitable growth of Cemark's alternative fuels business stream;
- Development of countrywide waste market awareness of Cemark's waste management services;
- Conduct regular waste market analysis (waste generation, gate fees, trends, tracking of current and future waste market players);
- Track legislation development;
- Create and maintain standardised techniques and project documentation to manage projects and reporting on a regular basis;
- Prepare feasibility studies for various types of projects (M&A, greenfield and brownfield);
- Management / support the implementation of projects during the whole project life-cycle (from kick-off to their commissioning).
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Ukrainian waste market;
- Proven experience to manage complex projects (5+ years);
- Solid analytical and organizational skills;
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
- Strong project management skills;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
- English level B1 min, level B2 desirable.
