What You'll Do:

• Ethical SEO Mastery:     Implement and manage ethical SEO strategies that align with best practices, focusing on sustainable growth and long-term results.
• Backlink Building:     Develop high-quality backlink strategies to enhance our clients' domain authority and search rankings.
• Keyword Strategy:     Identify high-performing keywords, including long-tail keywords, to target and optimize content effectively.
• Outreach Expertise:     Collaborate and negotiate with publishers, journalists, and influencers to build strong relationships and secure valuable placements.
• Ad Management:     Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram to maximize ROI.
• Content Creation & Management:     Craft compelling copy or source high-quality content that aligns with our brand and SEO strategies. You should know how to create banners or efficiently find the right design talent.
• AI Tools & Efficiency:     Utilize AI tools, including ChatGPT, to streamline processes, generate content ideas, and optimize workflow.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven SEO Experience:    Minimum of 3 years in SEO, with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results.
• Tech-Savvy & Analytical:    Proficient in SEO tools (eg, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and comfortable with data analysis to drive decisions.
• Strong Communicator:    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex SEO concepts to clients and team members.
• Creative & Strategic:    A blend of creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative solutions and content strategies.
• Self-Starter:    Highly motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• AI & Automation Enthusiast:    Familiar with AI-driven tools and automation to boost efficiency and stay ahead of the curve.
