Claspo is looking for a hands-on Middle SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing SEO strategies under the guidance of our SEO Lead to new active users from the template library and blog.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement effective SEO strategies in collaboration with the SEO Lead.

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization.

• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

• Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization, including meta tags, internal linking, and backlink acquisition.

• Collaborate with content creators to optimize content for SEO, ensuring alignment with keyword strategies.

• Utilize generative AI tools to enhance SEO efforts, including content creation and optimization.

• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

• Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend necessary changes to improve website performance and user experience.

• Analyze competitors' SEO strategies and identify areas for improvement.

• Tracking OKR achievement progress and supportive metrics (registrations, traffic, visibility) to provide actionable insights to the marketing team.

• Lead the development and execution of link-building campaigns.

• Work closely with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in website design and development.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in SEO or a similar role, at least 1-2 years in a product company

• Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns and improved search engine rankings.

• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

• Strong ability to analyze and cluster keywords

• Strong experience in different link-building strategies

• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SE ranking.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

• Experience using generative AI tools in SEO and content creation.

• Ability to work effectively under the guidance and direction of the SEO Lead.

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO will be a plus
