Job Summary:

As the SEO Affiliate Team Lead, you will manage our growing affiliate marketing team and oversee all program aspects, including recruitment, tracking, engagement, and results.


Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new affiliates by providing them with necessary information, materials, and support.

  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for affiliates, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses to their questions or concerns.

  • Marketing Support: Provide support to affiliates by supplying them with marketing materials, promotional assets, and campaign updates.

  • Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks related to affiliate management, such as updating affiliate profiles and maintaining accurate records of affiliate activities.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure affiliate promotions are accurate, compliant, and aligned with the brand's messaging and values.

  • Partner Account Management: Maintain partners' accounts in the Affiliate Network, including retention and promptly solving their problems.

  • Traffic Analysis: Analyze partner traffic to provide optimal solutions for performance improvement.

  • Attracting New Partners: Attract new webmasters and partners to our Affiliate Network.

  • Partner Development: Increase the turnover of partners through scaling, motivation, and performance enhancement strategies.

  • Event Participation: To establish partnerships, and participate in specialized events, including international ones.

  • Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors and trends in the field of affiliate marketing to identify growth opportunities.

  • Team Supervision: Oversee and mentor junior and middle affiliate managers to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

  • Strategic Planning: Assist in planning and developing traffic acquisition and partner scaling strategies.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience.

  • English B2+.

  • Proficient in statistics and analytics: can gather and analyze figures quickly and correctly.

  • Knowledge of Traffic Source Types Basics: SEO, PPC, ASO, email, etc.

  • Knowledge of  Affiliate Partnership Models: RS, CPA.

  • Knowledge of Content Marketing.

  • Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization.

  • Knowledge of Affiliate Tracking Platforms.

  • Experience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

  • Basic understanding of Graphic Design.


Will be a plus:

  • Experience in Affiliate Marketing within iGaming verticals.

  • Experience in/with crypto projects.

  • Connections in the CIS and the international iGaming affiliate community.

  • Possibility to participate in international events.
