What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for real client vacancies — from sourcing to offer stage
- Use Recruo's AI tools: automated CV scoring, AI screening interviews, smart candidate ranking, and more
- Communicate with international clients in English
- Provide structured product feedback — your real recruiting experience directly shapes our AI features
- Keep candidate and pipeline data accurate within the ATS
What we're looking for
- Some experience in recruitment or HR (internship or 3+ months counts — tell us about it)
- English at B2 level or above — you’ll be writing to and speaking with international clients regularly
- Comfort with digital tools and a genuine interest in how AI can improve hiring workflows
- Structured communication style — you document clearly and follow up without reminders
Nice to have
- Previous use of AI tools in a work context (ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter AI, sourcing tools)
- Experience closing tech roles (software engineers, QA, product, data)
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar)
