|  Role Summary

Build, manage, and scale the Biohackers World community across Circle and Reddit. Drive conversations, knowledge exchange, and community activities for long-term engagement in the health, wellness and longevity space.

Collaborate closely with the SMM team, Event Manager, Partner Success Manager, and Marketing team on community activity and campaigns.

|  Core Responsibilities

Content

  • Post to Circle and Reddit content that exists on other channels —social media posts, blogs posts, talks, media mentions, etc.
  • Initiate conversations and reply to comments on topics around:
    • Health, wellness, studies
    • Biohacking and industry trends
    • Speakers, partners, and exhibitors
    • Upcoming conferences and ticket launches
  • Publish and manage regular content including: discussion threads, announcements, polls, AMAs, and highlights
  • Promote upcoming events, ticket sales, and special offers within the community.
  • Collect community-driven questions for panels, speakers, and AMAs.
  • Share post-event summaries, insights, and key takeaways with members.

Community Engagement

  • Build and grow active communities on Circle and Reddit through structured discussions and consistent interaction.
  • Encourage members to share insights, questions, experiences, and feedback.
  • Maintain a clear content cadence aligned with marketing and event timelines.

Insights & Reporting

  • Provide regular insights and feedback to:
    • Marketing & SMM teams
    • Event Manager
    • Partner Success Manager
  • Track community activity, engagement levels, and growth.
  • Moderate discussions, manage reports, and remove spam or inappropriate content.
  • Identify recurring questions, pain points, trending topics, and ideas for new content, or community-led initiatives.
