Job Description:
Our Content Manager will be responsible for creating unique, inspiring, and powerful content for the website, media, and social media channels, and bringing it to the world. You will write, review, and empower campaigns for our brand, staying ahead of the latest trends in FinTech. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy and Planning: Creation of detailed content plans for all communication channels.
- Visual Content Creation: Creation of innovative visual content (images, photos, videos) that inspires and engages.
- Content Creation: Creation of long–form and short–form content: posts, stories, reels, TikTok, X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedІn, Telegram; press releases and articles for media; texts for the website; advertising presentations, and marketing materials.
- SEO Optimization: Optimization of the content for search engines to improve organic traffic and visibility.
- Analytics Tracking: Monitoring website and social media analytics to measure content performance and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of one year of copywriting experience in an IT company, marketing, or creative agency, with a strong focus on creating engaging content for technology, digital services/apps, and developer storytelling.
- Technical Writing Proficiency: Strong technical copywriting background and excellent attention to detail is preferred.
- Digital Expertise: Proven track record in creating unique & diverse content (including text, images, and videos) for various platforms (X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram) within the technology, finance, or FinTech niches.
A strong portfolio demonstrating content creation skills is essential for advancing to the next stage of the application process. - User–Centric Copywriting: Proven ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling copy that enhances user experience (UX copywriting).
- Graphic Design Proficiency: Extensive experience with Figma, Canva, and Adobe tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite is highly desired).
- Video Editing Proficiency: Extensive experience with video editing programs (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- SEO Optimization Proficiency: Understanding the basics of SEO to ensure SEO requirements are integrated into all digital efforts and product launches and how to work with organic traffic to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Analytics Proficiency: Ability to analyze content performance and search trends using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Social Media Tools Proficiency: Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including marketing and technical teams.
- Language Proficiency: English (B2–C1 level).
