Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Content Marketing Specialist to join the team. This role involves creating high-quality LinkedIn posts, articles, and updates to drive engagement and build a professional network. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal English skills, and the ability to work independently and consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- LinkedIn Content Creation: Craft high-quality LinkedIn posts, articles, and updates to drive engagement and build a professional network.
- Newsletter Content: Help write content for newsletters and assist in their distribution.- Social Media Scheduling: Schedule LinkedIn posts, ensuring they go live at 5:30 PM PST daily (7 days per week).
- Community Engagement: Reply to comments on LinkedIn in an intelligent and engaging manner.- Vendor Relations: Help reach out to vendors and manage relationships (7 days per week).
- Project Assistance: Assist with different projects using a project management system (Notion).
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts, including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok (to be launched in 45 days).
- Content Writing: Write all text content for social media accounts, including video descriptions, captions, and posts.
-Collaboration: Collaborate with the personal brand owner to brainstorm content ideas and ensure alignment with the brand’s vision and objectives.-
-Editing and Proofreading: Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, coherence, and correctness.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Content Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Ability to work 7 days a week, with a daily posting schedule on LinkedIn at 5:30 AM PST (Only 30 mins on Sat/Sun; preferred but not required).
- Ability to distill provided content ideas into engaging posts and updates.- Proficiency in using a VPN (either have one or get one for the position).
- Ensure all content is error-free and aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and reliably without relying too heavily on AI tools.
- Willingness to scale up in hours to 40h/week in 60-90 days.
- Experience in researching and course writing.
