Role Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our operations and ensure the smooth running of our company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various administrative and personal tasks, coordinating with vendors, partners, and landlords, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Networking and Relationship Management:
- Schedule and organize meetups and events.
- Manage LinkedIn profiles, including scheduling introductory calls.
- Set up and manage calls and meetings.
- Maintain and manage network and partnership databases using spreadsheets or specialized software.
- Source and engage with new vendors and partners.
Operational Control and Oversight:
- Generate and review management reports.
- Conduct sales checks (test clients) and verify marketing links.
- Manage operations methodology documentation.
- Oversee task management and ensure daily reports are completed.
- Enforce compliance with company procedures and rules.
- Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Personal Task Assistance (as needed):
- Assist with travel and accommodation bookings.
- Track and manage personal tasks.Conduct personal research and provide relevant information.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets, CRM systems, and other management software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
