Junior IT Project manager

WeCodeEmail is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our growing team.
As a Junior Project Manager at WeCodeEmail, you will assist in managing IT-related projects, including web development, email marketing systems, landing pages, and website optimization.
You will collaborate closely with our technical teams (developers, designers) and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high quality standard.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT project management, coordination, or a related field
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology
- Basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional technical teams
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a desire to learn and grow in the IT project management field
