What You’ll Do:
Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels such as LinkedIn, email, and networking events. Your focus will be on discovering and nurturing leads that match our target market. 
Qualify Opportunities: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and assess their suitability for our services. Set up meetings for the CEO to close deals. 
Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong connections with potential clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the early stages of the sales process. 
Collaborate: Work closely with the CEO to align on strategies, share insights, and help refine our approach based on feedback and market trends.
 

What We’re Looking For:
Sales Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an SDR role, preferably in the software outsourcing and outstaffing industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential. You should be able to effectively and professionally engage with prospects. 
Drive and Initiative: A proactive approach with a strong motivation to succeed and a passion for creating new business opportunities.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others and share insights to enhance overall sales strategies.

Experience with sales tools and CRM systems. 
Background in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. 
Skills in handling initial negotiations and understanding client needs.
