Processing insurance claims efficiently.
Managing claim files and ensuring accurate documentation.
Monitoring open claims and facilitating their resolution.
Conducting follow-ups on pending claims to ensure timely action.
Reviewing claims for accuracy and completeness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Prior experience in handling claims, preferably in-house.
Knowledge of insurance claim processing procedures.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and insurance agents.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to take responsibility and effectively resolve conflicts.
