The Operations Manager/Dispatcher will be responsible for managing the daily schedules of our technicians, coordinating appointments, and ensuring optimal timing for all operations. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule Management: Create and maintain daily schedules for all technicians, ensuring optimal timing for appointments and efficient use of resources.
• Appointment Coordination: Assist the lead team in scheduling appointments and choosing the best times to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Dispatching: Efficiently dispatch technicians to job sites, ensuring timely arrival and completion of tasks.
• Communication Management: Handle all communication with technicians through internal channels and keep clients informed about appointment timings and any changes.
• Expense Tracking: Lead the tracking and analysis of expenses, including monitoring costs related to car repairs and maintenance.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on scheduling efficiency, technician performance, and other relevant metrics.
• Problem Solving: Address any scheduling conflicts or issues that arise, providing quick and effective solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Dispatcher, or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• English - Upper intermediate or Advanced level.                                                    
• We are working for US market, so our working hours in Ukraine 2.30 pm till 01 am.
