We invite you to join Asters team for the Junior Associate position.
We are pleased to invite you to an interview if you:
- have a law degree (LL.M degree is a plus)
- are fluent in English
- have 1+ year of relevant experience in a law firm
- have admission to the Ukrainian Bar (or obtaining a certificate soon)
- have experience in administrative dispute resolution
- have brilliant drafting skills and strong analytical thinking
- have communication and self-organization skills
What we entrust to you:
- taking part in tax dispute resolution projects, assistance to senior colleagues on various legal issues
- preparing/updating/reviewing legal documents
- drafting agreements, legal memoranda, legal opinions
- analyzing and providing recommendations on a range of legal issues raised by clients
- PR activities (articles, publications, comments, etc.)
