Brazy is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of marketing principles, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive environment for our new Marketing Agency. The Sales Manager will be a vital member of our marketing agency, primarily tasked with acquiring new customers and expanding our client base.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, such as Sales Manager.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Technologies: Trello, Jira, Monday, Notion, CRM systems.
Education: Bachelor's degree in economics or marketing.
English level: Advanced.

Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals to generate leads.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
Client Engagement and Consultation:
Initiate contact with leads to introduce the agency's services and understand their needs and pain points.
Conduct thorough consultations to assess client requirements, goals, and budget constraints.
Provide tailored solutions and recommendations to address client needs and achieve their objectives.
Proposal Development and Presentation:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations that showcase the agency's capabilities and solutions.
Present proposals to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
Address any objections or concerns raised by clients and provide clarification as needed.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Ensure smooth transition of new clients to the account management team.
Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering ongoing support, guidance, and insights.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
Market Intelligence and Feedback:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding market insights, client preferences, and emerging opportunities.
