As a Head of the Supply Chain for Ukraine I lead a team of professionals who are responsible for the supply chain operations including:

as Planning Service Center Leader I am responsible to manage a team of planning colleagues. The team consists of production planners doing production scheduling for 5 different value streams located in 2 production plants of paper business. That includes also customization planning as well as distribution planning and raw and pack materials planning. My teams' main performance indicators are the Customer Service improvement and Inventory optimization. The Planning Organization is currently in the process of transfer of it's tasks from the current location ito the central Planning organization. That said my role assumes a big focus on keeping the team motivated and engaged during the time of the significant change in their roles,responsibilities and jobs.
