As a Head of the Supply Chain for Ukraine I lead a team of professionals who are responsible for the supply chain operations including:

• Demand and Supply planning of FMCG products manufactured by the global manufacturing department of Evyap corporation;
• Product procurement from the manufacturing centers;
• Import operatons and transport logistics from/to the global manufacturing centers;
• Warehouse operations (goods receipt, storage, customization, shipment to customers, customer claims processing, inventory counting management);
• Customers orders processing and management;
• Monthly S&OP process management;
• New products launch support and coordination from UA side;
• Lead and coordinate logistics, packaging, customization saving projects.

In this role I kept an overall responsibility to coordinate all the involved functions to make sure that

all the preparation, data collection, analysis, decision and execution has been done properly and in

timely manner in order to start up the project as per defined timeline.

to increase the packing capacity by 50%.

as Planning Service Center Leader I am responsible to manage a team of planning colleagues. The team consists of production planners doing production scheduling for 5 different value streams located in 2 production plants of paper business. That includes also customization planning as well as distribution planning and raw and pack materials planning. My teams' main performance indicators are the Customer Service improvement and Inventory optimization. The Planning Organization is currently in the process of transfer of it's tasks from the current location ito the central Planning organization. That said my role assumes a big focus on keeping the team motivated and engaged during the time of the significant change in their roles,responsibilities and jobs. To manage the most effective and seamless transfer of the responsibilities to the planning headquarters I am engaged in activities to systematically standardize the planning tasks as well as the tools, communication strategy and daily management systems.

As a Supply Network Leader of the production Site I am responsible to lead a team of professionals focused to deliver the goals on Customer Service, Inventory level and Cost assossiated to supply chain management (Import and Export, Transportation, Warehousing, Labour).

Being responsible for the function I lead a team of 50 people who are involved in planning (supply, production, distribution), supply chain design, warehousing (internal and 3PL), transportation, import&export.

The organization I manage ensures an end2end seamless flow of raw and pack materials to the production Site, production as per customer and consumer need, proper distribution of the finished product to customers optimizing cost and inventory level throughout the entire supply chain.

Responsible to manage operational department that produces paper product and consists of 60 people. Main operational KPIs: Production Cost Optimization, Process Reliability, Raw materials utilization (scrap reduction), Rapid changeovers (change over standart setting and time reduction), Quantity of Stops and Breakdowns reduction, Finished product quality compliance. Responsible to manage initiatives group of the site (new equipment readiness, new product launch and qualification). Leader of work process standartization program at the plant. In this role responsible to lead a cross functional team (consisting of Operational, Warehouse, Planning, Import&Export, Quality Assurance, HR, Technical Support Group, Admin, Finance personnel) to do a work process ranking across departments and focus to improve thework processes identified as important and major using the work process improvement methodology.

Manage planning department (RPM, production and distribution planning) and make sure availability (customer servise) and inventory is on target at lowest cost (16 subordinates). Responsible as department leader to organise a planning process targeted to achieve inventory and availability (customer service) targets for materials and finished product. Responsible for short term and mid term horizon (12 weeks). Coordinate planning activities during initiatives implementation i.e. make sure initiatives are implemented smoothly according to the required timing with minimum or zero amount of remnants. Work closely with suppliers of raw materials and packaging (local and across the world), production department (on site), distribution centers (local and across the world).

Build capability and organize work of local and ovarseas suppliers according to needs and targets of the plants. Educated suppliers on MRP ll concept. Established process focused to achive inventory and availability targets. Negotiation and completion of executional agreement between the plant and supplier, used value streem mapping. Together with purchasing colleagues created new supply chains for overseas suppliers. Reduced planned delivery time. Coordinated team during material supply crisis resolution.

Procter&Gamble plant finished product distribution requirements planning team leader (Customer Service Logistics). Planning of finished product shipments to customer. Consolidate shipment forecast / consignment plan. Modify daily shipments schedule to accommodate production approved changes in order to meet urgent DC/customer request. Lead quarterly inventory parameters review and define inventory targets. Conclusion of service level agreement between site and distribution centers. Support of market initiatives from plant side. Cordination of work between the site and markets. Finished product Master Data maintenance in SAP. SAP R3 DRP Key User. Took part in SAP R3 implementation SIP/DRP.

Raw materials planner (procurement). Daily duties: - to plan materials orders in SAP R3; - to create materials in SAP, create and maintain material master data, prepare logistics related reports form SAP; - to order trucks for EXW deliveries; - to track the deliveries from the order placement date till its availability for the production; - to provide gap analysis for any miss (quantity or time) in the deliveries; - to conclude and maintain selling - buying contracts for the imported materials.
