I gained skills in developing individual training programmes taking into account the psychological and physiological characteristics of my students.

I learnt how to conduct group, paired and individual lessons irrespective of the level and age of my students. I have found it easy to keep up with everything as I'm really good at allocating my own time and prioritising things properly.

I have improved qualities as: stress tolerance, ability to communicate with people from different social circle, patience and listening skills.

My previous work experience has also helped me a lot.
