I also use Boolean Search and X-ray search to find candidates. I worked with the full recruitment cycle: analyzing job requirements, creating candidate profiles, sourcing, CV screening, and communicating with candidates. I also worked with candidate databases and organized information. I have strong transferable skills: good communication, responsibility, fast learning, and the ability to work with information.
