I am engaged in communication and project management in a charitable organization, whose activities since the beginning of the war have been focused on helping refugees and IDPs living in a shelter in Lviv and on conducting charity events in Kyiv, Lviv and Berlin.
My responsibilities include:
- records management
- searching for grant projects
- drawing up applications
- maintaining contact with international organizations
- translating the necessary documentation (in English or German)
In this way, the organization has the opportunity to attract foreign funds to help our country.

While living in Munich, I started working as a babysitter for a German family.
Our relationship with the employer was excellent, so over time I was offered other duties:
- taking care of children
- supplying food and household goods
- arranging the work schedule of cleaners, cooks, and gardeners
All communication with the staff was exclusively in German, so I had a brilliant chance to practise my language skills.

From the age of 14 I started working as an administrator in the “Teplyi Lampovyi Art Club”. Since 2017, various events have been held in this institution, such as music concerts, festivals, art exhibitions, literary evenings and corporate parties, including charity events.
So I had to conduct events and control all the emerging tasks:
- personnel management
- cost calculations
- payment of services
- time management
- event schedule control
